Which apps come with Habitat?
Habitat has a resident app for Android and iPhone, a guard gate app for Android that also works offline, and a web admin portal for the committee, treasurer and facility team.
How does visitor approval work?
The guard registers the visitor with a photo. The resident gets a full-screen call with the photo, even on a locked phone, and can approve, deny or ask to leave it at the gate. If nobody replies, an automatic voice call is placed.
Can residents pay maintenance online?
Yes. Maintenance bills are created automatically, residents pay by UPI, card or net banking and get an instant PDF receipt, and the payment is posted to the society's accounts.
Which languages does Habitat support?
English, Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi, with light and dark themes.
How quickly can our society start?
A society can usually go live in about a day after the demo and onboarding.
