Billants FAQs
Is Billants cloud based?
Yes. Billants runs online, so you can bill from the office, the shop counter or your phone. Each company has its own private database that is backed up every day, and you can download your data whenever you want.
Does Billants prepare GST returns?
Billants prepares the data for GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-3B and GSTR-9 from your invoices and purchases. You can export it as JSON or CSV for filing, or print it for your CA.
Can my CA use Billants?
Yes. You can give your chartered accountant a separate login with only the rights you choose, and share documents and questions through the document vault instead of sending files.
Can I use Billants for counter billing in a shop?
Yes. The POS screen supports barcode scanning, quick item tiles, hold and resume, split payment across cash, UPI and card, and 80 mm thermal receipts.
Can I bring my existing products and customers?
Yes. Products, customers and suppliers can be imported from CSV files, and your books can be exported to Tally when needed.
