Is Pharmhouse the same as KemistCircle?
Yes. KemistCircle is now called Pharmhouse. Only the name and look changed; the software, your data and the support team are the same.
How does Pharmhouse help with expiry?
Batches are picked first-expiry-first-out, and 30, 60, 90 and 180-day near-expiry reports show stock and cost value. Expiring stock can be returned to the supplier with a debit note in one click.
Can I bill when the internet is down?
Yes. Pharmhouse has offline billing, and the bills sync automatically once you are connected again.
Do I have to enter every medicine?
No. A ready medicine database with brand, salt, company, pack, HSN, GST and schedule is preloaded, and you can find substitutes by salt.
Can Pharmhouse be used outside India?
Yes. It supports GST in India and VAT or sales tax in other countries, in your local currency (35+ currencies).
Can you move my data from my old software?
Yes. We help migrate your data from your old pharmacy software when you start.
