Do I need special hardware for BIT3?
No. BIT3 works in the Chrome browser on a computer, tablet or phone and prints to 80 mm or 58 mm thermal printers.
How does table QR ordering work?
Each table gets a QR sticker. Guests scan it with their phone camera, choose dishes, sizes and add-ons, and can pay first or later through Razorpay in your own account. The order reaches the kitchen display instantly.
Can waiters take orders on their phones?
Yes. The captain app runs in any Android or iPhone browser. Waiters pick a table, add items, send the KOT and request the bill without installing anything.
Can I manage more than one outlet?
Yes. All outlets run under one login with a combined dashboard, outlet-wise prices and outlet comparison reports.
